Fan clutches

MARSHALL product range includes fan clutches and fan wheels for DAF, IVECO, MAN, MERCEDES, RENAULT, SCANIA and VOLVO trucks.
MARSHALL manufacturing facilities have 20 years of experience in the fan clutches production. The production is certified in accordance with the ISO/TS 16949:2009 quality management system standard.
Quality control is implemented at each stage of production. Finished fan clutches pass temperature tests and performance tests in the wind tunnel.
High-quality materials and components are used for the manufacture of MARSHALL fan clutches and fan wheels: XIAMETER and ShinEtsu silicone oil, NSK, NTN, C&U bearings, PA6 GF30 and PA 6 Natural fan wheel plastic.

Product testing
• Multistage quality control involves testing both finished products and billets.
• The product is rejected and does not go into further production in the presence of microcracks in the casted billet.

Wide range of fan wheels
• Production of fan wheels is equipped with presses of 420 to 1250 tons capacity and various dies that allows to produce different types of fan wheels.
